Berry Good Smoothie

 "Berry Good" Smoothie: 

  • Pour 2 cups(16 ounces) of water and crushed ice into a blender. 
  • Put two caps of the Love and Peas powder in as well. 
  • Add 1 cup of fruit. Any kind is fine. I prefer a mix of raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries for this recipe. 
  • Then measure 1 and 1/2 teaspoon. of coconut oil. 
  • Once that is added, 4 shakes of Stevia or Sweet Leaf is needed. 
  • Optional: You can add 1 heaping Tablespoon of peanut butter. (But if you do leave out the coconut oil as mentioned earlier.)
  • Finally, blend the ingredients together until it is all mixed, and enjoy your shake. (Again, this has all the nutrients provided for 1 meal weather you choose to have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.)
