Pour 2 cups(16 ounces) of water and crushed ice into a blender.
Put two caps of the Love and Peas powder in as well.
Add 1 cup of fruit. Any kind is fine. I prefer a mix of raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries for this recipe.
Then measure 1 and 1/2 teaspoon. of coconut oil.
Once that is added, 4 shakes of Stevia or Sweet Leaf is needed.
Optional: You can add 1 heaping Tablespoon of peanut butter. (But if you do leave out the coconut oil as mentioned earlier.)
Finally, blend the ingredients together until it is all mixed, and enjoy your shake. (Again, this has all the nutrients provided for 1 meal weather you choose to have it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.)
